Peggy Christianson
Facilitator, Co-Chair
eggy has been volunteering with WLCCRJ since 2018. Peggy and her husband Paul have lived in Williams Lake since 1972. She worked at Cariboo Memorial Hospital in the Food Services Department for 30 years. She has been retired since 2016. Peggy is from the Tulita Dene Band - up in the NWT. It is very close to the Arctic Circle. Peggy also volunteers for Emergency Support Services and is a Seniors advocate.

Karen Blanchard
Facilitator, Co-Chair
Karen has been a member of WLCCRJ since 2022, as a facilitator and now co-chair. She attended SFU and took an English degree and professional development in Education. She worked as an Intermediate classroom teacher and as a Learning Support Teacher, and is proud to have had the privilege of practising her career as a child advocate. Karen retired in 2007.

Mark Hamm
Facilitator, Secretary, Case Manager
Mark has been volunteering with the WLCCRJ since 2010. He and his wife Jo Ann have lived in Williams Lake since 1982. Mark worked for the BC Forest Service up until his retirement in 2019. Since then he has been more involved with WLCCRJ and has also become a Gladue report writer for the BC First Nations Justice Council.

Rhonda Surette
Restorative Justice Coordinator
Rhonda has been the Coordinator for WLCCRJ since February 2025. She was born and raised in William's Lake. She currently works in the local RCMP Victim Services Unit and volunteers as much as she can with her boys Fastball and Hockey.

Deborah Pickering
Facilitator, Treasurer, Trainer
Deb has been a member of the WLCCRJ since 2010. She moved from Edmonton to Williams Lake with her daughter in 1999. Deb worked for Canada Post Corporation as a letter carrier and courier for 33 years retiring in 2012.
